Feel comfortable drinking from this cup with its ceramic interior. The body is soft and the cap keeps everything nice and hot. Very happy with my purchase.

A little heavier and smellier than id like... but smell will go away. Pros: attractive, soft, not plastic, east to wash, fits in cup holder, should last ages

Pretty product but not very functional and the paint chips almost immediately. Customer service will ignore you if you try to report anything during the warranty period so beware! Poor customer service is the main reason I wouldn’t buy from this brand again.

I got my first one from a home goods (12oz) - I travel a lot and hate taking airport beverages onto flights (weak cups). It’s perfect in keeping warm beverages warm longer without the fear of spilling… got this one for those longer flights! Only wish is for more color options … slides into purse smoothly and no tea stain after flights. I can wash it out and add water without that awful pre-drink taste.

The bottle does a good job of keeping liquids cold, but the silicone overlay stretches over time and rides up. Should bit be the case and the manufacturer should revisit the thickness and quality used.

I wanted to avoid a metal flask for my coffee and tried this one. It is robust, ceramic and does not impose its taste on my coffee. The heat retention is pretty good. Stays hot for about 6 hours. I love it

It got scratch immediately as I received it on first use. Only used it three times now and no issues with ceramic coating on the inside but for such an expensive product the fact that the coating on the outside comes off easily is bs. I contact their product support and they said it was normal wear and tear… how is it wear and tear on first use?!?!?! Not that happy with it. It’s only redeeming quality is that the liquid stays warm for more than 5hrs
