Looks cool - and works
While I wouldn’t say these fans are absolutely necessary, they certainly do contribute to the longevity and overall extended performance of your Xbox. This fan not only blends in, looking like it came out of the box this way, but provides an added bonus of looking cool - the RGB is sweet.Would definitely recommend.

Nice while it lasted- updated
Update: seller apologized and promptly sent out a replacement. Thumbs up to the customer service. Replacement is quiet, smooth and seems updated. Original review follows.Quiet and draws a lot of heat from the unit- for a month of light use. Then it went downhill. Fan started making noise- like grinding and rattling. Sometimes it turns itself on lights aglow. When the fan doesn't spin I have to cycle the fan button or tap on it to go- cringe every time I hit my Xbox. Disconnected it as it was doing more harm than good after a few months.

Effective
Lights weren’t what I was looking for, was mostly looking for a good tan as mine on my Xbox series x has stopped working within a year of owning. Not surprising! Fan is usually forgotten on for weeks at a time and it’s still running strong. And the lights are actually pretty cool at night. Solid product for the price.

Nice RGB Fan with a Design Flaw
This is a nice RGB fan. The fan is pretty quiet and the lights looks real nice. It fits snugly on the top of the Xbox and was super easy to install. My only complaint would be a design flaw. They should have put the buttons on the other side. Due to lack of space i had to lay mine horizontally and when you do that it blocks the buttons, because they're are now underneath. Move them to left side and they would be on top, and easily accessible. There are feet to set it horizontally too, so just a design flaw with part.Update: 12/12/23The button design flaw is even more annoying now because the light and fan constantly reset every few days.

Look great.
Looks great, easy to install and it's helps get more of the hot air out. I've personally never had any issues with my Xbox series x overheating but it can't hurt having the extra fan. I definitely recommend this if you want a little rgb and extra fan and it looks like it came with it.

Bought 2, not buying a 3rd...
Bought 2 of these with the same issue. Fan dies within 3 months, the buttons are incredibly hard to push, as they are some sort of sensor button. We sit there just tapping away until it turns on or off... silly. Switched to a different brand with the pyramid top...

Excellent customer service
After approximately two weeks of constant use, a noticeable noise was coming from the fan. I contacted the vendor and they immediately shipped a replacement. Product performs as advertised. Very pleased.

Wow! I really like the way this makes my xbox look.
This is so neat. I really like the way my xbox looks with this fan on it. I know it's a simple straight striped light but nonetheless it looks pretty cool. You can change the color to one solid color or have it run through all the colors. It has different modes on the fan too. It's a little loud but it doesn't bother me none. I'm usually playing games or watching a movie so I don't notice it so I don't hear it. LoL. It's a little pricey but your Xbox will never overheat. And it's got 3 little hooks where you can place one pair of headphones and two controllers. You can place them wherever you want. I think it's well worth it.

RGB Cooling Fan
Great addition to my xbox. I didnt really want it for the fan but rather the RGB lighting it comes with. Looks frickin sweet and lights up the shelf its on nicely. Was easy as plug and play, and attached tightly to the xbox with no issue. The fan is the added bonus for me here, and it actually works great too. Has multiple speed settings and is stronger than I expected even on low. Doesnt make too much noise either.I dont see an air filter attached to it so I might be missing something or just overlooking. But that would make this thing next level, as it would make it that much easier to clean.9/10

Fairly decent [Xbox] cooling fan, 3 fan speeds, appears well-constructed, bit pricey
This is a fairly decent fan for Xbox (or whatever else you wanna use it with) that appears to be well made for the most part. It has the typical 3 speed adjustment along with 7 colors to choose from and the ability to turn On/Off the LED (or the fan). 2 controller hooks and a headphone hook are provided and it can be powered by standard USB-C which is nice.≡ Physical buildThe physical build quality appears decent without visible defects that I can see. It has a little leg at each of the 4 corners which and that means can be used as a standalone fan with any other devices you wanna cool it with (it would be difficult for the fan to function properly without the legs because it would not be able to draw the air out if it's directly in contact with the surface, i.e. too high of static pressure that it doesn't support).≡ Considering a little DIY?For those who are familiar or build computers (with individual components/parts), you can easily see how this is just a 120 mm stuck into a plastic case with a LED plus controller and buttons etc that you could perhaps make yourself with a little DIY. I thought about doing this many years back but I figured it's really not worth my time and energy (i.e. not reinventing the wheel so to speak). However, if you are so inclined, you can easily get a 120 mm fan with an USB converter that converts 5V to 12V because most of these fans use 12V (and the fan will run at close to 1/2 of the speed due to reduction in voltage). You can also get a 5V USB fan of course but they are slightly more expensive. Of course, this is all without the fancy LED and the various speed controls etc. Anyway, you get the gist.≡ PerformanceIn terms of performance, it works as intended although I have to say it doesn't appear to move as much as air as an ordinary 120 mm fan running at about 1500 RPM (and I've come across hundreds of fans since I started building computers more than 30 yrs ago so I know a little about these fans). Admittedly I'm too lazy to take proper measurement of the CFM right now but it does appear to work just fine and it certainly will and does make a difference assuming the ambient temperature is reasonably lower than the device it's trying to cool.≡ Other featuresThe LEDs are nice nonetheless and the touch control/buttons are easy to work with. One thing to note is that it draws close to 1A at highest fan speed and highest brightness (white consumes the most amongst all the colors) so you wanna make sure whatever this plugged into can actually provide at least 1A (preferably 1.3A to be safe).✘ I should also mention the dust cover is at the WRONG side; it should ALWAYS be at the inlet (where air is drew into the fan) side of the fan and NOT the outlet (where air is blown out of the fan). This fan draws air in from the bottom and blows it out from the top where the dust filter is located at and this is wrong. This is NOT an air purifier and I don't care if it blows dirty air out; what I want is NOT to suck dirty air INTO the fan to prolong its lifespan. Having the fan at the top also means it's VERY difficult (if not impossible) to clean without taking it apart.≡ ValueAll things considered, this is a decent cooling fan for Xbox or what have; however, it is a bit pricey at $50 for what it provides and its overall build quality. I'd like to see this no more than $40 or perhaps around $35 to be reasonably priced.

Expels air adequately but may not offer the best value - but looks really nice on an Xbox Series X
The media could not be loaded. This RGB exhaust fan does a satisfactory job at expelling air out of the Xbox Series X however its rather loud and its power is just average. The fan is nicely built and fits perfectly on to an Xbox Series X. It appears as though it is actually just an extension of the Xbox Series X rather than an extra third party built component and for that I give full marks. I personally find the controller holders and headphone holders take away from the otherwise beautiful aesthetics of this fan.The RGB colours are vibrant at maximum brightness. Incidentally, you have a choice of three brightness levels or to turn off the RGB lighting completely. You also have the ability to change the colours of the RGB lighting from the side of the fan, where the control panel is located. In addition to changing the colour and the brightness, you can also change the power of the fan to one of three levels.I measured the fan's power to expel air at about 1 meter/s. This is lower than other typical computer fans that I have. At this level I would have expected a quieter fan however I took a decibel reading of the fan at full power and found it to fluctuate up to has high as nearly 60 decibels...quite loud for my tastes. I know...people are going to remind me that when your gaming, you won't even hear the fan. That's true, but there are down times when the fan still runs when your not playing, and that whirring sound can become a little irritating after some time - at least for me.When you consider the fact that the fan is connected to the Xbox Series X through a USB-C to USB-A connection it makes me wonder why not get an external PC fan which has the same connection combination and use that.If the goal is to expel air from the Xbox Series X I would consider this alternative, even if it is not as aesthetically pleasing as this fan, but given its cost, its something worth considering. If however you have to have that RGB, and I can certainly understand the desire for it, then it is a nice looking extension that will look nice and does make a MARGINAL difference in terms of cooling your system. I just think that there are other options more effective at cooling you may want to consider especially given the cost involved.Cheers,
