Works as Advertised
Works well for my Countryman's sun roofs. I wish it were a tad thicker though. It's very thin, I suspect for its foldability and while it does keep the sun out - I do wonder how well it's keeping the car cooler due to its thinness. It does fit the sunroofs relatively well, you can adjust it with your fingers to make sure all corners are covered. And another downfall is you cannot slide the screen across it. Not a deal breaker.

Stay cool
Perfect fit for 2011 Mini Cooper Clubman sunroof windows. Reflects the heat to help keep the vehicle a little bit cooler. The black side matches the roof interior, so easy to forget it’s even installed.

Good overall
Great for small vehicle windshield. My mini has a window mount for my phone, so this works around it. Does not fit the moonroof though.

Best sunroof shades for your MINI Cooper
Product info: comes inside a plastic bag containing two shades folded each inside its own pouch. One side is silver and reflective and the other side is black with a mini logo. Fit is perfect. Used on a 2009 Mini Cooper SUpdate ***Logo does not come printed anymore. Found out that it was a limited batch***I am officially in the mini cooper club. I purchased a 2009 Mini Cooper S a few months ago during winter. I love the double sunroof as it lets a lot of light in. There is no issue with heat inside the car during the cold months. However - living in Miami, FL. the heat can be a little unbearable. I like a little sun but not as much as I was getting in my Mini.If you're reading this, you know that the mesh that blocks light in a mini cooper sunroof is all but useless. It does nothing to reduce heat inside the car, the sun still beams inside your car, sure it's a little less but it's still coming through. Personally I cannot stand it - i hate it. It's too damn hot, why couldn't BMW design it so it covers the sun completely?Anyway, I looked thoroughly for a sunroof shade before I decided to purchase these. There is another vendor on Amazon that sells the ones with suction cups, which to me are a little aesthetically unpleasing to the eye and they are also more expensive. I wanted something that looked cool while at the same time blocked the sun completely - these shades are it. They fit perfectly in the gap between the shade mesh inside your mini and the roof - just perfect - like a glove. You cannot open the sunroof for wind without these (or any other sunroof shade for that matter) without making a rattling sound, like cloth in the wind. This to me is not important, however. I didn't want these so I could open the sunroof and have shade, I purchased them strictly to block out the sun when the sunroof was closed. I keep it closed all the time and will most likely do so unless it's cool at night or it's winter, in which case I will remove the shades. With that said, these are awesome. I highly recommend them. As a matter of fact this is my second set because I own two MINIs. Get them, they are the solution to your overheating needs inside. your mini. I'm definitely happy with my purchase and would buy again if the ones I have ever wear out.

Life saver in the heat!
I'm not sure what was behind the design of the built-in moonroof sunshades in modern Mini's but they're terrible when it's hot out. These serve their purpose perfectly. I have a 2021 F56 Cooper S with the "pano" (dual) moonroofs and these fit pretty close to perfect. They are a little more rounded on the corners then the actual moonroofs but it's still enough material to completely block out the sun and they don't fall out once installed. There is a noticeable improvement in interior temperature (by feel, I haven't measured it) after a long day of the car sitting in the sun. Also the hvac cools inside much quicker with them installed. You won't realize how nice it is to have these until you have some. They aren't as pretty as the amazon ad makes them out to be but I dont care because they work like a champ! They are a little cumbersome to get in and out but I don't plan on taking them out until the fall.

Nice but too small
Both sections are the same size. One fits perfectly over the front but the neither fits the rear.

Affordable and works well
For the money they work really well for my 2025 Mini Cooper. They aren't super well made but they do block the sun and heat.

Worth every penny
I have a Mini Clubman, and the one thing I have hated about it from day one is the stupid perforated sun screens in the sunroofs. They do nothing to block out the sun and heat. When I ran across these covers I figured I would give them a try… they certainly couldn’t be worse than what BMW provided from the factory. Once I figured out how to get them to stay, I never looked back. These are wonderful!Pros:- Fairly easy to install: I ended up placing it between the existing screen and the glass.- They block all the sunlight, with the exception of a very small corner it doesn’t seem to reach.- you will never know they are there and that they are not factoryCons:- I’m fairly industrious, so I installed them several different ways to find the best fitment . I can see that being frustrating for some folks.- they could be just a tiny bit larger. There is that one corner the cover will just barely not reach due to size. Not a big deal, though… I haven’t noticed since installing them. All in all, highly recommended if you want to block the burning sun from shining on your head and in your eyes. They work.
