Very pleased so far. Works as supposed too. If there’s anything I thinks needs attention from company is makes too much noise when it opens. Dead Give away if needed to get into if had an intruder. Love everything else about safe. Construction is good, light gives off just enough light, fingerprint pad works great, and easy to program. Great investment.

This is my 3rd biometric safe, and by far this has the most accurate fingerprint reader. I have tested it between my other fingers and my kids’ fingers, then my programmed fingerprint and it works every time, first time. It is a solid safe, works great…highly recommend

Great safe! Biometrics are quick and easy to setup just read the manual. Secure cable connection too!

I love the size and how quickly I can open it, but the instructions for setup are awful. To set the code and fingerprint, press the button quickly and proceed — do NOT wait for the beep! If you hold the button until it beeps, you’ll set it back to factory settings.

This thing is awesome, I all most bought the stop box which is like $50 more. This is well built and has two ways to open the safe, they both work great. I'm glad I made this choice.

I literally just got this delivered TODAY.I go to do the set up. I opened it with the key, placed in the batteries and set the code, but when I went to close the safe in order to insure the code was set properly…..it would not close AT ALL. I tried closing the safe for a full 15 minutes.It just flys back open anytime you try to close it. I even had to hold it down while I tried to re box it for return smhNow I have to send it back and today is Sunday so ups is closed and doesn’t open until 8am the same time I have to work in the morning.So I’m stuck having to spend money on a whole other safe while this one sits until next weekend when I’m off work again…..Otherwise I have no where safe to place my very first weapon that I pick up on Thursday.This sucks.This product is cheap for a reason. Save yourself the headache and do not buy this. SO INCONVENIENTI AM SO UPSET

Has everything I want in a flip top safe. Quite sturdy, very easy to set up numeric code and fingerprint. Always opens when code or finger used. You can pay 4 or 5 times more and probably get something, but I don’t know what it would be.

I was excited about this product. Worked beautifully for the first few weeks. Then the latch opened and never closed again. Now I have a handgun that is not safely locked. Pretty upset.UPDATE: The seller offered to refund or replace and sent a new unit, so changing to 5 stars
