Used these at a tattoo expo and was setup 175’ away from the stage which was no issue at all for these ptz’s I think I want two more of these.

Purchased these for our small church and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the recording. All of our media team is volunteer based and it did take quite the team effort to figure out how to get the system fully up and running.I wish the manual was written in better English… but on the flip side, when I contacted the customer service department they responded in a very timely manner in spite of the time difference - and was very helpful.We were happy enough with the system that we ended up purchasing a third camera.

I purchased this model camera not thinking of checking it was supported for NDI protocol. After a few days with and having to use RTMP on OBS, and installing additional services the retrieve the camera view. I reached out to the FoMaKo Customer Service to attempt and exchange without having to returning everything, wait for refund and pay for the correct version. Communication was done via email, and took less than a full week.Thanks Ivan for the Swift Exchange.

I feel so uncomfortable because I have to restart the camera ip set every time I power it back on with Poe and connected to the router. I don't remember this when I installed other company's products elsewhere, but this is a big problem. Honestly, I want to return it, but I'm thinking about it because inconvenience to my customers , even installed the line. And there is no guidance on the warranty period. You can't even see it if you click the link here on Amazon.

We needed to upgrade our controller and this was just what we were looking for. Started with 1 cam now using 4 cams with ease. I used YouTube for tech support. Wonderful!!
