don't let the shipping charge put you off
Don't let the high shipping charge stop you from buying these. If you do the math using the entire price including shipping, and compare price by how much paper you're getting, its still many times cheaper to buy these sheets than box after box of parchment paper at the store. The paper seems identical and the pre-cut sheets are so much more convenient to use. They lay flat and I don't have to deal with the ragged edges I got when I tried to tear some off in a hurry from the serrated edge of a box.

DO NOT BUY
UPDATE: Buyer responded to my email about poor quality. Never offered a refund or exchange. Ignored my follow up email. Disagreed that anyone has complained about quality. I told the person read the Amazon reviews! The picture with the big wet spot is this parchment paper, the other is Reynolds. These were both used today and you can see the difference in the quality. Skip this item and buy a better quality. I've use parchment paper for several years and this one is absolutely awful. This is the first time I bought this brand and I am so disappointed. I'm probably just going to throw these parchment paper sheets in the garbage. The parchment paper turned brown in the oven at 350° for 10 minutes on the first use. The paper was saturated from the cookies on the first use & I wouldn't put cookies on there again. There were big grease stains on the cookie sheets underneath. Complete waste of money.

worth it
I bought these because I started baking more at home and already had the sheet pan. I liked these and they came in handy so I didn't have to keep on cutting rolls and wasting parchment paper. They fit perfect.

Extremely thin, disintegrates with grease and water
The parchment paper is much thinner and more fragile than the typical grocery store brand. I've found that it will not handle grease or water well and will tear. Do not buy if you're planning to use it for a wet palette, stick to Reynold's. I've found the parchment will peel up and disintegrate into any liquids if not removed quickly.

They work great!
I really appreciate that these sheets are FLAT which lays nicely in my baking sheet. I like they can be cut into any size and shape; esp for baking pans and bread pans. The local markets carries parchment paper in rolls which makes it frustrating to work with.

A little thinner than other brands, but works okay
I like this parchment paper. It has pros and cons, but I think I will use these sheets often and perhaps order again. Here is my experience with them.Pros:1. Keep cookies, etc. from sticking to pan.2. Sheets are easier than dealing with cutting from a roll.3. Able to use sheet again (when making cookies they did not get grease-soaked like another brand I purchased from Amazon), so you can make large batches re-using the same sheet.4. You get a lot of sheets, in a nice size! For smaller cookie sheets I cut these exactly in half to line 2 sheets.Cons:1. Since these are thinner than a brand like Reynolds, they may or may not work for baking some very greasy things, and possibly soak through.2. Tried spritz cookies on this paper, and it did not want to "grab" the dough.3. I did not like that these were shipped folded, and only packaged in bubble wrap. I do not want to keep bubble wrap in my pantry, so they have no real package to store them in. Cardboard with plastic wrap around the package would have been nice to keep them all neatly together... but you get what you pay for.All in all, the pros outweigh the cons for me, so I would consider ordering this brand again when I need more.

Extremely convenient
I use these to bake rolls a few times per week. For the longest time I had just used rolls of parchment, but these are just that much easier. I use two of them for each batch, to line my scale when I weigh the ingredients, sprinkled with flour to roll out and cut the dough, to line a half-sheet baking pan for baking, to cover the rolls while they rise and to sit under the cooling rack and catch bits of coarse that fall off the rolls after baking.
