Great bang for your buck
Its a great product for the price. The voltage adjustability can be wonky but that is to be expected with the cheaper power supplies. But this is perfect for what I need it for: Testing electronics and building circuits.

Does exactly what you need it to do, and for a great price!
No Frills , no extras. Just stable voltage and current output. It does have a built in fan, that kicks on to keep it cool. I've used it to charge a 95AH bank of (c-max) lithium cells at 16.8v, and it handled it fine. I will upgrade my charge leads, but the supplied leads work as well.

Works
It works ok. I have a few similar supplies and when volts/amps adjusted the output and display are immediate. For this one, it ramps up/down and as the dial is turned you aren't sure where it will land until you wait so you need to adjust slowly to avoid overshooting.

Uncomplicated controls and display make this power source a pleasure to use and reliable.
Easy to set up. Simple controls and display help keep things straight forward and reliable. It is also reliably providing the power output it is set for and displays. Seems well calibrated and precise for a relatively inexpensive power supply.
