It’s working, albeit...
I don't know if it is my expectation or not, but i thought this product would work quicker than it has. I am not complaining but I guess it’s what is in the mind. Its easy to prepare and use though! I will review this product again next spring!

too expensive beware
Bought these as they were cheaper than the dog rocks --but these have to be replaced every month which makes them twice as expensive --cant say if they are effective or not at the moment but much easier to put in dog bowl and easier to pre wash

This does Work
Bought for our young King Charles Spaniel -- these do work --- BUT ignore the necessity to replace the stones every 2-weeks. This is totally un-necessary and a total waste of money. We only put half a packet in her drinking water about 8 months ago, and we rinse them every day while changing her water and they are still going strong. We still have the remaining half packet in the cupboard !!!! This would probably depend on your dog's age, diet and medication. When family members (who don't use these stones) bring their female dogs over we can see the difference over the next few days, when burn marks reappear. (Just because these dogs drink out of the same bowl this will not have any affect). These stones do take a few days to "neutralise" the dog urine, So DON'T give up on them straight away.

Very disappointed
I've bought 'Dog Rocks' in the past and found them to largely work although not perfectly and thought I'd try a change of brand to 'Fairy Tales Pet Pebbles' for what looked like better value. How wrong could I be, firstly I was shocked by what appeared to be a very small bag of gravel and secondly that it recommended that they were changed every 2 weeks (as opposed to the 2 - 3 months of the Dog Rocks I'd normally use) making them very expensive to use. Most importantly though is that they haven't worked and my lawn is covered with dead patches again so I'll be going back to original Dog Rocks.

Read mixed reviews about this
When purchasing this product I read mixed reviews about whether it worked or not so thought I’d give it a go to find out for myself as my dog had ruined our newly laid turf. It absolutely works. The grass has never looked so green. The box says to replace the pebbles every 2 weeks but I only change them once a month and they still do the job!

Misleading advert
Can't leave 1 star. Very misleading advert as it says for dogs water bowl, hence I threw away other dog rocks that needed to go into a jug of waterHowever these also need to go into a jug of water and when one has a tiny dog who drinks very little, the water in the jug becomes stale. Also they are not smooth pebbles but just smaller pieces of normal dog rocks. There is nothing different about this product whatsoever. Wish I hadn't wasted my money.
