I am definitely satisfied with the product, and I am glad that the seller provided an opportunity for a resolution to the defective diffuser after the return window had closed. I received the replaced unit and started it up right away and it is working perfectly. Thank you very much!!!!***Original Review*** Everything worked fine after receiving and setting up. I purchased on May 06, 2023. I rarely turned it on for maybe once or twice a week. Around June 15, 2023, I turned it on, and it made a loud noise which was strange because there were no factors or damage that would cause it to do that just from sitting on a stable shelf. And, of course, it's outside the return window and it doesn't work. The light comes on at all levels. However, the knob turns but no cold fusion "smoke" nor any sent comes out even with a sufficient amount of oil, I get no fragrance nor "smoke". I'm very disappointed because I thought purchasing a "higher" quality diffuser and to change to waterless would be better. I'm very frustrated because I can't return it and it's absolutely useless.

Just in the past few years I’ve been becoming more and more aware of the scents that surround me on a daily basis and how poisonous they are. My husband is a fan of “smell goods”, knowing that they’re harmful to our healthy, I hate them now. That’s when I decided to meet in the middle and scent out home with healthier options, essentially oils. I diffuser with the usual water diffusers, but then I started to become aware of mold being in the air, and that’s when I discovered nebulizer diffusers that don’t use water. I found this one after searching for the best one.I was skeptical at first. Decided to give this one a try and I LOVE IT! It was very easy to put together and use. Definitely need the big bottles of oils and there needs to be enough to touch the bottom of the glass tube. Turn the knob far to the right to see it blowing the oil and release the vapor. The vibration does make it audible, but not so much it can’t be ignored. The scent is strong enough to fill my townhouse and I love that there’s a timer so it’s not continuous as that could become too strong and you’re only suppose to diffuse for an hour before taking a break. I’m very happy I gave this diffuser a try. And it’s pretty! The light is perfect and resembles a candle, which I don’t burn anymore either! Give this diffuser a try!

I like this diffuser a lot because I was looking for a waterless one so that I wouldn't have to keep emptying it and cleaning it. This one is perfect because all you do is add the essential oil. Also, it shuts off automatically after I think 2 hours which is good because then it won't have to be running all night. My diffuser part just stopped working all of a sudden (bought mine last December) so only the light part was working. I contacted the seller and they agreed to send me a brand new diffuser! No questions asked, no pictures asked! Only question was my name and address... Now THAT'S customer service!🏆

Pretty upset, for the price I paid, this should last longer than a few weeks to a month. Works great then suddenly doesn't work at all. Very disappointed.

It worked great for a little bit but it broke. Now it turns on but doesn't spray anything

After about 3 months of daily use, everything is fine. We have a larger open space, about 25'×35' and it fills the air with whatever scent we use.What I noticed is that the scent is stronger in the direction of our return register. On our thermostat, I turned the fan on to be on all the time so we have constant air movement. So if you do the same, I would imagine you'll have the same result.

Pretty to look at, but just didn't put out enough scent for my 12 x 14 room.

What a great item. I really love the way it provides more of the essential oil scent. It’s a sleek design and works really well. Now this is different than a normal diffuser, so expect that. But it’s worth it. The way you can see the essential oil vapor leaving the device. The pure smell. It’s really wonderful it’s worth the switch from those water down diffusers. Plus the company is really wonderful to work with. Had a slight problem with the first one told the finally and they had a new one to me before I could even set the other one down, talk about great customer service. No problems with the replacement. Great job! Two thumbs up.
