Amazon really should do its own quality control. Not my job.

The 2022 version of Photoshop Elements stopped running on the latest version of the Mac OS. Yes, it actually stopped running! It wouldn't even start! However, this latest version of the Adobe software overcomes this problem-- it runs very smoothly on the latest Mac OS. However, in my opinion, there is a downside-- Adobe no longer allows customers to purchase a disk (DVD) containing the software, customers are only allowed to download it. I would prefer getting a disk.

Downloading the software was a bit of a trick to accomplish, I ended up having to create an adobe account and calling customer support adobe CS was amazing on installing the software! Mac users be advised to delete all previous versions and emptying your trash before downloading and installing the new software. I wish Amazon would have given more information, tutorial, or link to the software download page, your probably better off buying directly from Adobe, as far as Mac performance I’m pleased with my purchase!

This item will not download on my computer even though it says compatible with windows 10 and 11

Up to date computer, thought buying PS Elements would be lean way to do quick photo edits. I cannot install, launch m, register. It's a disaster and I need to get a refund. This should be so easy but it's not. Buyer beware!

If I can't find where or how to download the program it is not good for me. Now does that make ene to you?

I bought Adobe Premiere Elements 2023 when I was assured that it would fix the problem of sound being out of sync with picture in the video editor and that this would work on Windows 11 on a PC. For a while it worked if I rebooted before using. Now it will not work at all and has gotten so bad that it is unusable for MP4 PC cam video editing. Useless!
