I love this ! This bed rail fits very smoothly under the mattress and it gives you something sturdy to hold onto while dressing, getting up, getting down and doesn't give way because the mattress is holding it firmly in place. Assembles easily and is of good quality. Reasonable price. A must have for seniors or anyone having balance issues or trouble getting in and out of bed. The only thing I wish is that they had it in white to coordinate with pastel sheets, or another color other than black. I cover the rail with a pillow case that matches the sheets, and this looks much better.

This is a very sturdy handrail and the attached bag is great for keeping items such as nose spray and lip balm handy that my husband uses during the night. Assembly was easy. A good buy. Highly recommend.

Excellent quality bed rail for senior parents to use when waking up in bed and needing help to getup, holding on to it & pushing up with minimal effort. Easy to use and install, has excellent support especially with a heavy king mattress, easy to move around and adjust it, great fit inbetween header and side table, and definitely worth it at this price point as this is the most trusted and ordered brand of bed rails. Got one for each side!

We bought this for my father who recently had a stroke. The bed rail was easy to put together and place between the mattress and box springs, My parents like it because it's not bulky and is adjustable. It has storage pockets on both sides and comes with a strop to secure it better if needed.

This bed rail works very well in our camper where we can’t have legs that go to the floor. My husband has Parkinson’s, and this really helps him get out of bed. We have one with legs at home, but this style will be a portable one for when we travel. The only improvement would be better directions. It took us several tries to put it together correctly.

I purchased this for my 76 yr old 95 lb Mother who had recently had a Nephrostomy done to her left kidney. Her metal bedframe allows to hook on the bags/tubing working with gravity. This support system is Highly useful & recommended for any Surgery/Procedure. Don’t hesitate to purchase since the first few days is crucial. I wish I had this for my first Cesarian Surgery during childbirth. 😮‍💨😓😔The price is on point, My mom could use extra storage space, however as she’s known to be a packrat, 🤭🤫😄 Her remote, prescriptions, shaver & other things fit just fine where she can reach them.If your needing an attached nightlight and extra storage or it’s questionable if it will be compatible with your bed framing, then I’d invest into a bit more based on needs.This item is simple & Durable and I’m happy especially since I was tight in cash. My mother loss most of her muscle mass seemingly overnight & most of her weight as she decided to cut out a lot of foods due to COPD, and not move around as much 😑 Well, her body was also battling infection due to a 13cm Staghorn Kidney Stone which unknowingly accumulated over the year. 🤦🏼‍♀️😮‍💨😓 I had to buy other things such as diapers, protective bed mat, a bedframe, Bedside Commodity Toilet & other things unexpectedly tailoring her needs as we go until I wait for these applications to go through for help with these things. 🥱😴😶‍🌫️I will tell you that item is easily compatible with the Metal bedframe and the soft bed in a box mattress over it adds the final support in order to hold it in place.I was able to easily wrap the fabric belting around the metal bars throughout the bottom bed framing and tighten it.You’d have to wrap a few times and build your durability as it’s extra long enough to wrap around many times in each direction around the bedframe throughout the middle of bedframe, extending to outer sides. Just take your time and be Patient in assembling any item.Mine didn’t come with instructions which was intimidating at first, however I didn’t have issues doing my own thing.I’m confident that this item would support me as I’m 245 lbs. It could be useful as well, however I don’t have a bedframe and just roll or use my stomach muscles that were cut deeply, 🤦🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤭😪

I'm so happy with this rail. I bought it used and it's in fine shape. Last night I slept with no fear of falling out of the bed. I fell out of the bed last summer and skinned my knee and this summer I have a new mattress that's high off of the floor and I've been so scared of falling that it interrupted my sleep. I did roll into it last night and the support was fantastic and I was completely safe from falling.I'm using it on a Twin xl mattress with an adjustable base. I don't need the rail to help me get up but the grip is very strong. It took less than 5 minutes for me to put it together and it's very sturdy and stays in place without the strap although I might put it on later. It's also very easy to move around and put where you want it.

I bought this bedrail for my blind sister who is in assisted living. Its has helped her getting in and out of bed. Easy to set up and we just put under her mattress , we didn't tie it down. The side pockets were a big hit for her remote and ph.
