Works great for culinary torch. Good clean butane. Reliable.
I use mine for browning meat that has been cooked sous vide. Works great especially for browning chicken skin. Also good for putting a char on things, and for making things like creme brulee. Each can lasts a long time. i have had mine for over a year and I am still using the first can. I don't use it often, though.

3 exquisite dinners with only one can
We weren’t expecting to use one can three times. We were able to enjoy A5 Wagyu beef, Wagyu sliders and Ribs. We do recommend!!

Well, they work...
Butane canisters are not sold in my town, not at Walmart nor hardware stores, and are only maybe found at the next town over, 30 miles away. These offer average usage time on my Iwatani 35FW burner. I haven't timed, but noticed some brands last longer than others. My observation is that maybe get a half hour or 45 mins. use on lowest flame with the Iwatani canisters.I do not know if the canister or if the burner regulates this, but two things I've noticed: the flame is mostly blue but has a couple ports with yellow flame tips; flame extinguishes when when the stove gets too hot. I cook on the lowest flame I can get as this stove has an outrageous BTU capacity. I was making a couple consecutive meals and the flame extinguished. I checked the butane canister, plenty left. The stove would not re-light. Let it rest a while and tried again and all worked fine. I'm guessing both of these issues are stove related rather than butane canister related.
