I bought it before realizing how small it was because it looked really cool, very similar to my dad's electric base that inspired the purchase.My 2 & 1/2 year old loves it.He's pretty rough with all of his toys and 3 weeks later has not broken it. I never put batteries in it because it can be played without it and honestly why add it the noise. He plucks away at the strings and i try to tune it when he's not paying attention.A lot of people complain about it being cheap and breakable but it's around $20 and a kids toy meant for toddlers. Unless you have the next Hendrix on your hands this is a great buy and don't be too upset if it breaks or a string breaks. Im like 90% sure it can be restrung, although i haven't figured out how at the base yet. I will update if i figure out how.If you have the next Hendrix on your hands, Congratulations but get a teacher for lesson and a quality guitar, not a toy.

This toy guitar is horrible.When I took it out of the packaging the strings were already loose. It’s isn’t even close to mimicking a real guitar. It’s way smaller than how it appears. I didn’t even waste my time putting batteries in it. I had planned on returning it but my Window expired.

Used for a first bday prop and it was the perfect size! Such a cute addition to his first world tour

Strings are easy to break

I know it specifies guitar size and realized how small it was after I received it. It was much more of a hassle to return it and unfortunately could not be used for what I needed it for It is electric but still very expensive for its size. It was even small for my 2 year old grandson and the strap clipsbroke as soon as we tried to put it around his head. Just disappointed. I went and found another larger guitar for much less.It does make sound. I did not use it. I just turned it on and tried to put it on my grandson. It looks nice. That's all I can say about it

It's just as small and cheap and almost exactly the same as the ones we've been purchasing for my Grandson. It's not a bad toy at the cheaper price. But I thought since this one was 30 bucks it would be a step up and a bit nicer. There's no difference.

I bought this little guitar toy for a costume, and it was exactly what I needed! It was the perfect size and looked great for a one-day event. The quality is solid for a costume accessory — it’s lightweight and easy to carry, which made it super comfortable to wear throughout the day. The string is short but that was expected since it’s a toy.It added just the right touch to complete my look, and I got plenty of compliments on how fun it was.

For $30 I expected something a lot sturdier. This was incredibly lightweight plastic and the strings were wonky (one of them was sort of stretched out and off to the side). In my humble opinion, it was definitely not worth the price, so I'm returning it.
