Great replacement part over your old, cracked one.
Had an old, cracked arm rest in my 2011 Honda Accord. This piece had it looking brand new again in no time. You can Youtube videos of how to remove the entire door panel in your car to access the installation points as the directions that came with this was lacking. However, simple remove the old one and screws and put this one on and you are done. Took me about an hour (I am not a strong mechanically-inclined person and had never attempted something like this before), but I think I could do another one in about 20 minutes.

More difficult to install than removing screws
You have to disconnect and loosen/take off the door paneling. If you don’t know what you’re doing this could end up costing you more money in the long run

Poor fit and padding
Compared to the oem armrest you'll find that the padding is sub par and much thinner which causes fit problems. I haven't found a good option for the Accord Coupe so I ended up spending the extra money and getting the oem reupholstered. It was closer to the price of the oem armrest but won't fall apart again so it was worth it.
