Here's a follow-up to my reviews as of last Month... I was contacted by the seller in response to my review where upon I was ensured that the issue of the broken and missing parts would be resolved. I'm upgrading my rating to five stars because the canopy is a great product. Hopefully, their customer service has also been upgraded. Time will tell as we see this saga reach a conclusion...

I have not yet put the tent up but am giving it one star for now. This may change after I assemble the tent. The instructions say in large bold letters that "THIS GAZEBO MUST BE SECURED TO THE GROUND WITH ANCHORS AND GUY ROPES." This is not apparent from any of the photos or videos on Amazon, where the ropes do not appear anywhere, and they are not mentioned in the description. We want to use this on a hard surface so anchors and ropes are not possible. None of the reviews that I have seen mention this either.

I had a 10x10 canopy with folding side panels and I liked it except I kept getting wet when it rained. I bought the 10x20 with walls and problem solved. This canopy fits my 15x20 patio perfectly with room for my smoker outside the tent. Before I set it up I draped the top over my Jimmy and scotch-guarded it thoroughly before I set it up. A few days later we had a severe thunderstorm, and the canopy didn't leak at all, and held up to the wind. I do have it tethered with heavier rope, and much heavier stakes than the ones provided, and have it staked down at 7 points. The side walls kept the wind from blowing the rain in and I stayed dry while watching the much-needed rainfall. The tent seems to get hot inside, so I installed some misters and solved that problem. Setting up this canopy has added a comfortable outdoor living room to my house. I would recommend purchasing this product. The reason for only 4 stars is that the box was about destroyed when it arrived, but everything was still in the box.

This tent was an excellent buy. Delivered quickly, easy to set up and take down, looks great. Great value for money.

Time will tell as we see this saga reach a conclusion...**********This is in follow-up to my original four-star review, which has deteriorated to a one-star review because COBIZI customer service, which I strongly suspect is an AI-generated response, has been terrible.COBIZI customer service has given me a run-around for two months and have failed to replace two broken parts, one of which is a critical corner connector. Twice they blamed their shipper for damaging the packages containing replacement parts, making the packages undeliverable. To their credit, they offered me a $20 rebate, but I deem that as "hush-and-go-away" money. Now they want me to repackage and return the 100-lb canopy upon which they'll charge me a restocking fee. All this trouble for two replacement fittings.Bottom line is they've had more than eight weeks to send replacement parts and have failed miserably. Add to that is this extremely frustrated customer.Originally, I was pleased to learn how easy it was to set up this canopy. It is sturdy, except for the corner where the broken connector is. The canopy is hefty (~100 lbs), so it's pretty much a two-person minimum set-up. I was disappointed to find two of the plastic connectors were cracked when we first expanded the frame, which started this saga of poor customer service.
