The media could not be loaded. Packaging was very secure. This shelf is GORGEOUS! It's lightweight, much bigger than I expected, and great quality. I originally had purchased this same shelf but it had a defect. I returned it, and instantly the owners contacted me to correct the issue! Impressed with their awesome customer service.
