NICE FOR PERSONAL USE OR FOR GIFTING
This musical jewelry box came in a nice gifting box & the notes have a beautiful tone. The metallic finish on the red roses against the beige toned box is interesting & eye-catching ! Nice size for small amount of jewelry.I was worried when I saw the ratings, but so far, I'm content with the jewelry box.

Came broken without a hinge screw. Had to use a glasses screw to fix it myself. Music would be cute but it doesn’t even finish the song “you are my sunshine”. It only plays half the song then loops back to the beginning. It’s pretty but too many problems that make it feel cheap.

Pretty and just the size we wanted. The only negative I have is that the music quality is not as good as I would like it to be. No complaints from our granddaughter, though. She loved it.

UPDATE: I returned the first one and ordered a second. Sadly the second one also had issues (tho different issues). The quality of this product is not good and I'll have to return this again! I'm sad because if it weren't for the little details (and sharp metal edges) I'd love this. It's beautiful and would make a great gift (as I had intended).--------First, the item arrived in an OPENED shipping bag! We were relieved that the music box arrived and in good condition (although see below).Second, this is a beautiful, lovely music box. Purchased as a birthday gift for a teen and is perfect for its intended purpose. It has weight and is a good size.BUT, there's a small metal flaw on the bottom of the front edge (see photo). It's hard to see so I probably wouldn't care except that it's sharp! And can be a hazard to anyone who picks this up. (Check the box well before gifting!)Sadly will need to return/replace this with a new one. Hopefully I won't have this issue again.
