Does not fix the problem
They said at HP that this would not fix the problem it is a hardware problem and that is normal so don't waste your money it won't fix your problem

No way to contact support for this item that went defective after return period was over
This item only lasted about 7-8 months after installing and needs replacement. I believe the unit is defective as the original ITB lasted for 3 years. Don't buy this as there is no way to contact the company to get a replacement for this defective unit!
