This is a great product in design and look. But its sole purpose is to keep my coffee hot as long as possible. I gave 4 stars because of the great quality in materials built into this flask, but missed the reason I bought it. I will make coffee at 5am and by 10 am, the coffee is no longer hot but warm. By 1pm my coffee is room temperature. This is the second thermal flask I have bought for my coffee since my last one broke. And I will continue looking for better.Disclaimer: I use this at home since I work from home. My thermal flask doesn't need to look pretty. My old one was a cheap ugly looking one I bought from Brazil and it was amazing at keeping my coffee hot. If you need a flask for an office or waiting room. Also if you are constantly refilling it. This flask will do the job if you make new coffee every few hours. I make once a day and want it hot all day for myself. So this flask does not. Great product depending on how you plan on using it.

I bought this carafe since April 2021. Since I bought it, I use it like 2 weekends per month. No leakage at all. Not a single drop since I bought it. Temperature is excellent. Keep the coffee hot for up to 10 hours. Hot coffee from 10 pm Friday to 8 am saturday. I highly recommend. Easy to clean, no residues of coffee.

I was truly surprised that after pre heating the decanter with hot water for 30 minutes prior to filling it with fresh brewed coffee, it really stayed hot for the 12 hours as advertised.

I dont use this every day.but when I do, the claim it keeps hot for 12 hrs is wrong. At best this keeps coffee at temp 2 hrs at best. I've never used it for anything else, but I am completely disappointed with this product. I gave it 3 stars because it has a great cap design, and it's large enough to handle a carafe of coffee. I would look at another manufacturer rather than buying this.

I purchased this in August of 2020, and it is January 2025 at the time of this writing. I have used this almost daily since purchasing, and I love it. Lately I've been starting herbal tea in this and leaving it to steep overnight. When I remove the tea leaves in the morning, it's still hot!It's superb in almost every way, but the lid mechanism isn't cat or klutz proof; if dropped from the kitchen counter or table top to the hard floor repeatedly, the lid will eventually break; the lid will still function, you'll just have to unscrew it every time you want to pour.

For the price, this carafe is great. It does a great job of keeping my pot of coffee hot so it doesn’t have to stay on the warmer, which leads to scorched coffee. I just have to take a star for the spout/dispenser. The plastic is pretty cheap, which means it will likely break if it ever falls to the floor, and I’m not certain the seal is tight enough to prevent heat loss. However, so far it’s meeting my immediate need for hot unburnt coffee I can drink at my leisure. The spout is also very drippy, and when the contents get low, it’s flipping coffee everywhere (not sure why or how) - but the last cup poured is going to make a mess every single time. When this wears out, I will probably spring for the extra $10-15 for a carafe with a more thoughtfully designed spout, but this is a fine entry-level product.
