Great product. I was buying this for my camper and decided to purchase one for my basement / bedroom as well. My husband didn’t think it was damp there but I was convinced it was. We opened it and read all the instructions. The first time running it I was so surprised that the water bin was almost full. I have kept it running consistently, except at night, since we got it. The bin is almost full every time after about 8 hours. I am impressed with how it works. I can tell that it definitely doesn’t feel as damp in that room any more. It is super easy to use, instructions are very easy to follow. It’s not super loud but more like just a fan running which I love anyway. Like I said it doesn’t feel damp so I feel like the air quality is better. It’s seems to be very durable and and is easy to move. The price was perfect for us and would easily spend that on it again based on what we are seeing at this time.My only Con is I wish it had a way to turn off the display light. I would love to run it at night but the light stays on and I love to have the room as dark as possible when sleeping but its not a huge problem for me because I just run it during the day.

Great dehumidifier for the price! Very simple to operate and the water tank is large enough to allow the dehumidifier to run for hours (even days) before dumping the water. I use the unit to dehumidify the second floor of my home, which includes a flex room that requires the humidity to be 50% or lower. Waykar dehumidifier did the trick. I was impressed by how quick it worked, and I keep it in to help absorb the moisture in the walls.For the cons, it a bit loud. Not loud enough to drown out voices, but something to consider un room with non-carpeted floors. Also, I wish I didn't need to wait 24hr after getting the product to operate. Originally, when I bought this I had serious issues caused by humidity and I bought this hoping i can deal with the humidityASAP. It sucked that I had to wait and extra day after getting the unit to start.Besides the cons, the dehumidifier works wonders in treating humidity.

This is a great product! I have two of these units and they have solved my humidity problem. Works great right out of the box! The unit is very lightweight and easy to use. The wheels and handle make it easy to maneuver if I want to place it in a different room. The tank is easy to remove and empty and the little window lets you see how much water is in the tank at any given time. You can set the desired humidity level and the timer is a great feature as well. Noise level is about the same as a fan. Can easily sleep with the unit running. The filter is easy to remove and clean. Customer service has been very quick to respond and very helpful. I would recommend this product to anyone seeking to reduce the humidity levels in their home.

The unit has wheels and is easy to move from room to room. I like that I can see the RH of the room from across the room because it is lit up on the front panel in big numbers. The setup was straight forward and the instruction manual was easy to understand. We only use the pump function. The drain hose that came with it was long enough for our particular needs and we have not encounter any leaking. It's worth noting that the pump has its own water tank that is inaccessible. We have used the unit on continuous mode to dry clothes and our futon covers. Everything dried rather quickly. The reminder to clean the filter came on a few days ago (it automatically comes on after so many hours of use). The filter is easy to remove and clean. I checked the filter and amazingly, it was still clean. So I reset the button. Apparently our air purifiers are doing their job keeping the dust down.One of the best things about this company is the amazing level of customer service. I reached out to the number provided for some issues I was having with my unit. I spoke to someone who listened to my concerns and said someone would reach out to me in the next 24 hours. In the meantime, she had me text some general information to her. I followed her instructions and within 24 hours received a text from Evelyn. She began troubleshooting my particular issues (a strong smell from dehumidifier and the unit going lower than where we had it set). Evelyn let me know that we should allow a margin of error of +/- 5 degree RH. It was the first time I had heard that and hadn't noticed it annotated anywhere. It's good to know this or you may think your unit it broken. We did more troubleshooting and finally figured out the best setting for our home.As for the smell, we are extremely sensitive to scents so our home is fragrance free. Smells that others might not even notice can make us ill. After following Evelyn's instructions, the smell dissipated enough for us to be able to keep the unit. Overall, we are pleased with the unit. Once our problems were resolved, we bought another unit. We are in the process of de-smelling the other unit so we can keep one upstairs and one downstairs.
