Soft but color shows dirt quickly.
Plush under foot but show dirt quickly. My fault, I chose for good looks but forgot to figure in durable clean appearance.

This is a very nice pad. It is non slip so it does not move. It does provide a nice, soft standing place. It is a very nice, large kitchen pad.

IMPRACTICAL AND NOT AS SPECIFIED
In my experience, this kitchen mat is a flimsy piece of material that has no traction, but slides all over the tiled floor. Moreover, its white surface is easily stained from daily use, and requires washing/scrubbing every couple of weeks. For all of these reasons, although the mat's marbled pattern is appealing, the mat does not serve its intended purpose; it is neither practical nor accurately specified.

Seems to attract dirt and does not clean up very well. Had to replace.
