I'd been meaning to buy a copper water bottle and tumbler for a few years. Finally I had the resources to buy and chose this item. I couldn't be more pleased! I've had it for a couple of months now and am thrilled I chose this one. The bottle and tumbler sizes are both just right for my needs--hold plenty of water without leaking. The bottle cap seals well and is very secure. They look beautiful and condition my water in the way I intended. Any water left in a copper vessel for more than six hours or so may develop a slight coppery taste, but I don't mind this, and you can transfer the water to a glass bottle around this time interval if you like and refill the copper bottle (I usually do this). I especially appreciate the leather sleeve with its carry ring and the over-shoulder sling for carrying my water bottle with me. I have recommended this product to many other friends since I bought it and would buy it again in a heartbeat. Our hard well water tastes so much better out of this copper bottle than straight out of the tap, and I feel really good and healthy after drinking it.

These are great! I ordered two. It's important to note that DISCOLORATION IS NORMAL FOR PURE COPPER. I noticed a lot of negative reviews due to discoloration. Pure copper will tarnish due to oxidation from being exposed to water, however it comes with instructions to how to restore it to look like new.Also very important to note, YOU SHOULD NOT DRINK MORE THAN ONE BOTTLE'S WATER WORTH PER DAY due to the risk of copper poisoning. Most Americans are copper deficient, and drinking one bottle of copper infused water (like from these bottles) can work wonders for your health. However, drinking water only from these bottles could give you copper poisoning.P.S. I love the carrying bags!

I received this with with both the carrying case and case insert dirty and disgusting. The canvas material white bag is off white from dirt and the pleather bag is supposed to be white, but the most dirty and disgusting I have ever received an item from Amazon.Items are getting worse with every order.

Unlike the Moscow Mule mugs where I can get my hands into the mug and scrub it with vinegar and salt the minute it oxidizes, there is no way to properly scrub the inside of this copper vessel. I didn't realize how much "work" it was to keep these clean and dry. Just after three days of use, we had oxidative streaks on the inside of the vessel and I can't get them out.I've tried a scrub brush, folder paper towel, cloth with the vinegar and salt. I just can't put enough pressure to scrub it out because it is too narrow for a whole hand to get in there (obviously). And I can smell the metal's oxidation so I'm not sure it is safe to drink. It's kind of a bummer. I REALLY wanted to love copper water bottles!
