Well made and its nicely in a tight space
Easy to put together, and the color gray is quite attractive. It goes well with the throw I put on it to keep the cats from wanting to dig their claws in it. Comfortable to sit in as I'm working at my desk and I can use it to put up my feet which is under the little table and watch the TV.

Nice chair, comfortable, inexpensive and simple to assemble.
My husband and I put 2 chairs and ottomans together in about 40 minutes. There were a few reviews that they said the chairs are difficult to put together. They were very simple. When attaching the arm rests just don’t screw the first screw in very far until you get the second screw started. Also start with the screw closest on each side to the back of the chair when you put the arm rest pads on. Very comfortable and absolutely no flaws on either chairs or ottomans. We are very happy with our purchase.

Time will tell.
OK, my chair arrived today and was easy to assemble. I am a bit too tall for my head to connect with the head rest which is mostly fine with me because I don't like the chair in any reclined position anyway. The problem I noted right away is that the chair does not go upright enough so I set out to do a slight modification. This involved removal of the incline adjuster pins and removal of the shims on each side to allow the chair to go to a maximum upright position which proved to be pretty good for me. The next minor issue I noted was the angle incline pin on the left side of the chair would not hold its position when the knob on the right side was tightened. This caused a distortion in the chair back with one side becoming less upright than the other if that makes sense. In order to lock the left side of the chair a cut a 1/2" CPVC plastic water pipe at exactly 4 & 7/16" long and installed it on left6 side pin. This modification meant that I no longer have an adjustable recliner which for me is most likely a good thing. Now we shall see how the chair works out for me after sitting in it several hours this evening. The chair is pleasing to the eye and seems to be put together pretty well so for now I'll keep it but the jury is out and we shall see during the next 30 day return eligibility period. It's really hard to complain to loudly when you consider the low purchase price but for now I'm not displeased. We shall see what we shall see.OK, this is my followup to the preceding review: I ended up taking the seat cushion and backrest off and unzipping the two covers. Then I went to an upholstery shop and got some 1-1/2" foam then cut it to fit beneath the stock padding directly under the faux leather and put the whole thing back together. I also removed the steel pins that were causing me pain in the middle of my back and on my tail bone. I can say this modification improved my comfort 100%. I am going to most likely order some 1" memory phone from Amazon because the foam I used is a bit too firm so I may as well make it perfect or as close as I can get.Another followup: This morning I check my e-mail and here is a message from the suppliers of this chair. Long and short is they made it all good with me and I never asked them to do it. They are submitting my suggestions to their design department and they thanked me for my input. Now it is pretty darn hard to criticize a company like this and it is rare in today's world to find a company like this. I even tried to decline their offer but they did it anyway. I've read most of the other reviews on this and other products and all too often all the complaints are just that with no insight or attempt at constructive suggestions just a lot of bitching. Would I buy this product again from these folks? You darn right I would! I have truly been humbled and I've learned a valuable life lesson.

Great compact recliner!
I bought this recliner in brown two years ago and it still looks and works like new! I use it every day - it's my go-to chair for reading.Since the foot rest is a separate piece I can adjust it to suit. When I'm reclining waaay back I can move it farther away from the chair to stretch out or pull it closer to prop my feet up and bend my knees.I especially like it because it's sturdy, well-made and really comfortable. It also doesn't take up as much room as a standard recliner. It fits well into my 10 x 11 guest room that includes a full size bed, a dresser and 5-drawer chest without feeling crowded. It's the perfect size for me -5'6" / 145 lbs and as much as I love my pets there's no room for them next to me. I get the whole seat all to myself, though they end up on my lap instead! LOL!I bought a white one three years ago as a gift for someone and I just purchased a third one for my office!

Hideous! Save your time and money
This box arrived beat to crap with holes all over it and parts of the product protruding. The quality of this material and lack of clear instructions was ridiculous. It would be laughable if it weren't for the fact the return process is around 30 days. Never again will I buy anything from the brand. The chair was flimsy and looked like it came from a dollar store. The material was paper then and barely any padding throughout the chair. Back to China! Repacking it was a nightmare. It has to be in original packaging and the box was already mangled when I got it. I ended up using a huge amount of packing tape and I hope it makes it back where it came from. This style of chair is not one to scrimp on

Good value, but not for tall person; assembly took a while.
I had great difficulty attaching the armrests. Took me an hour just to get 4 bolts secure. My biggest gripe is the fact that I thought the chair would be adequate for my 6'2" height and it is not. The top of the chair's back is no higher than the back of my neck, so as a recliner it is useless to me. Overall it is otherwise comfortable. So I do not recommend the chair for anyone over about 5'8" tall. And maybe have a glass of wine or a beer to calm your nerves while trying to get the armrest bolts in.

Excellent recliner
I am super happy with this chair, for the price it is a very comfortable. I have back problems and it gives excellent support. I prefer this recliner over way more expensive ones.
