The color is a bright green, and they appear real from a distance and they re thin paper like leaves that will dissolve in water, or saliva lol when you eat them. No real taste to them but they are edible. Make the flowers on my cake pop for sure! And helped at hiding any mistakes lol no assembly or anything they come in a little plastic box. They functioned well for my cake!

I needed a little something extra for my pretzels. I was making them for a safari themed baby shower, so these leaves seemed perfect. I hesitated to make the purchase after reading a few reviews, but I'm posting pix to show that these arrived in great shape! Also, they were more durable than I had anticipated. They seemed like they had been "printed" on edible paper of some sort. I honestly did not taste them, because they seemed very paper-ish, but I'm sure they're rice paper or sugar paste. I wanted them to go along with the color scheme of the shower, so I used gold luster dust and you can see the results. I then used edible glue to "paste" them onto the pretzels. Overall, they were perfect for my needs and the look was just what I needed for this project!! Great buy! Would buy again!!

Perfect! You should do slightly darker ones too’ to have it appear more real looking! Other than that’ it was absolutely perfect! If you had darker ones’ I would’ve bought both.

ok dont get me wrong these are super cute and really made my cake come to life! i did a luau theme and these really helped make the cake beautiful.......however....... i put one of these ( as i was making it) in my mouth and immediately spit it out! it turned to slime when the sugar paper melted....yuk! maybe when it is mixed in with the cake it would have probably been different probably wouldnt have even noticed it, but i didnt get to taste the cake it was for a customer!

They didn't look real and they tasted bad. It gave the cake a bad taste. I would recommend taking them off before eating. Maybe edible but nasty.
