Not safe
I really wanted to like this book. Aside from needing a good editor for the obvious mistakes, some of the pressure canning recipes are not safe. I'm far from a canning prude, but canning rice, oil, large amounts of flour, etc., can lead to dangerous situations. The pressure cooking time for canned ground beef is 10 minutes, which is far under the recommended norm. Having a food reserve means nothing if I can not trust its safety.
