I purchased these just because I got tired of having a dad body! It was time that I took a leap for a change in my health. Now mind you I have kids in sports and with that being said we have nights where we get home late and fix up a late night dinner. So normally what I do is take 2 pills every night right after I eat so I can allow 45 mins to an hr for it to kick in. Now the size of these are the normal size of a regular capsule vitamin so easy to take by mouth. I enjoy these because no only do it help me sleep better at night I also don’t feel as bloated in the mornings and feel as I get better sleep at night. You don’t get the jitteriness and you don’t get energy at night. The taste is a plain normal taste and it works great!

So far so good. I'm on day 4 of this and sleep is noticeably better. With better sleep, I'm more active and productive during the day. I also notice a calmer, less anxious feel. I'll update review once I've completed the 30 day supply.

Morning after extremely groggy. Took well over 90 minutes to feel awake and that's not good when I usually hit the gym first thing. I can take plain old melatonin if I want this kind of help. It's less expensive too. Save your money!
