I ordered the 8 camera 2 TB system and received the 6 camera 1TB ..they replaced with the correct order but one of the cameras was bad and asked for a replacement camera and was told I could get a refund and send the system back but after 9 hours of installation wasn’t about to take it all out and send back for one camera and was told I couldn’t receive a single camera replacement ..the quality of the working cameras was ok .but would recommend another brand

Picture quality is as good as my 10 year old Swann camera system. The software is very limited compared to Swann , but the price is less than half of swan cameras. So far it is worth it.And tech support for my one defective camera is slow and email only.

We like how clear the picture is on each camera covering the whole house in different areas.

Camera worked ok, However Motion detection never worked correctly.I would get notifications every few minutes on every camera. Motion zones did not fix the issue.Tech support was nice, but couldn't fix anything. All updates were unsuccessful.DVR controls were not user friendly, but got the job done.Replay would often lag and freeze when when trying to scroll both in forward and reverse.

Once you get the cameras set up they work perfectly they even have night vision, motion detection and alerts🥰 Zosi customer service representative Jar helped me soooooo much i truly appreciate it . I’ve had these cameras for years, i would highly recommend!
