Horrible quality
Super light weight, but it doesn’t grip. It loosens immediately when you grip something. It seems like it’s made out of recycled tin cans and plastic.

Learned the hard way that this is a job specific to.
Maybe I just bought it with the wrong thing in mind or maybe it’s just not a versatile tool. The quality seems kind of cheap and clunky. It was too big to work on the thing I needed help with and had little to no grip. It was decent to hold and wasn’t cumbersome. I think it would work great… if it’s used for what it’s meant to and not for whatever I was trying to do.

Versatile Tool - Not Sure About Durability
Plumbing is not one of my favorite things to do... probably because you are often working in confined spaces, and it is common to need specialized tools to do the job at hand.This is an interesting tool that I can see coming in handy for various bathroom or kitchen repair or install projects. It will probably require using it for a while for varying applications to decide how much I really like it. It is very lightweight, and though the description says it is made from an “aerospace aluminum alloy”, I do question how well the ratchet teeth will hold up if put under very high torque.A plumbing pro probably wouldn’t consider this wrench, but if you are like me and try to take care of your own home maintenance issues, but don’t want to spend a fortune on a toolbox full of specialty plumbing tools, this might be a tool to consider.

You didn't think you needed this until you did
OK, so this isn't a standard tool kit bit if you're not routinely doing plumbing related tasks...and those with spacious bathrooms will easily get away with crescent or adjustable tools already in their box. But in cramped quarters and with limited range of motion/swing, this tool will do the job, save your knuckles, and keep you from filling the family Curse Jar. It's not industrial quality build, but I'm not in the industry. I just need it when certain chores call and am damn glad I have it in my quiver.
