This keyboard case is simply amazing. It feels like its made of metal. But it was a bit tricky to pair at first. But I got it pair to my IPAD 8 Gen, which uses bluetooth 4.2. As long as the device that is connecting to it, is the same or older, it will pair.I even got my Bose Soundlink 2, an old, old speaker that Bose stopped making, that came out in 2014, and had to get a speaker that would actually pair to my Sony Vita handheld game console.The trick seems to be that once you turn it on, to press and hold the pair button immediately. But only for 2 seconds, and then it will show up in the Bluetooth devices list. Now the IPAD for whatever reason has to be snapped back into the case itself, on corner. As the IPAD 8 Gen, is approx 10 inches; I choose a keyboard case because I wanted it all built in and for something to close over the IPAD's screen; but make it to where the IPAD sets up like a laptop.Now you need the IPAD OTG (apple lightning 8-pin) adaptor to run things like a flash drive, and to still charge, get a PW port. That particular model, uses USC C to 8-pin lightning. Such that they sell the adaptors here on Amazon for those who wish to upgrade the port, via the adaptor; like if you just wanted to use a USB C cable. The pictures posted by others is what it looks like.Now a tip - try to not rest your hands or arms on the mouse pad, as it minimizes the app window your in, or jumps the curser all around. I'm still learning the ropes of Apple, since I'm an Android user. Though I will stick to Android for phones; and was offered the IPAD since my friends where all upgrading. IPAD is nice :) but way out of my budget. LOLI never cared much for Android tablets . EEK. I thought apple would be so restrictive, but like all of my Google accounts, g mail, google calender, all of it, is accessive with the app installs. And I can listen to MP3s with the help of VLC app. This case is wild man. I like the 360 and the many angles, its a lot like a thinkpad.

I can’t say enough with how impressed I am with the TQQ keyboard case for my 9th generation iPad. As a case, it is extremely sturdy and holds the iPad very securely, and the cutouts to access the iPad controls are very precise and attractive. The exterior is very scratch and mar resistant unlike other plastic cases I have owned. When the case is closed the iPad is ultra secure and protected against accidental damage, and the case will stay securely closed protecting the screen in the instance of an accident. It does add a fair amount of weight to the iPad, but this an acceptable trade off in my opinion for the added benefits. The rotatable feature for the screen is a great feature, and the pivot is sturdy and has enough resistance to keep the screen securely held in any angle. It also features a convenient 180 degree flip option to be able to use the iPad in a tablet configuration. The keyboard is standard configuration with the addition of several iOS shortcut keys as well as a delete key as opposed to just a backspace key. The keys are set well and have a positive feel and response to them. The Trackpad is equally responsive and equipped with all the common swipe features of a laptop keyboard. The pairing of the keyboard to the iPad was seamless, and automatically reconnects to the iPad with the first press of a key when coming out of the automatic sleep mode. The keyboard holds its charge for an incredible amount of time; after fully charging it before using it the first time I have not had to recharge it in over a month of daily use. The TQQ keyboard case is an outstanding value for the price and has transformed my iPad into a mini laptop. I highly recommend it.

The keyboard itself feels a little cheap, but the ability to move the screen around with a lot more variety than other styles of keyboard cases more than makes up for that in my opinion

Works great, but dang it, I wish I got a backlit one!My A2603 ipad snapped right in, everyhing lined up and fits perfectly. Case appears to offer minimal protection.After pairing the touch pad works great, and there's a slight lag when using it. Typing doesn't appear to have any noticeable lag.I am using this to access our remote servers for work.Have not had it long enough to comment about battery life. I turn it off after each use, and it takes 10 seconds or so for it to reconnect after being powered off.Keyboard size is as expected and you get used it after a while Wish the backspace was slightly larger, I use it A LOT!Wish I got one with a backlight!! First time i went to use it, was a dimly lit room and I needed to use a flashlight! This is no fault of the case itself, however after using it, I find it impossible to use in low light conditions.A helpful note you might not have noticed in the instructions, FN+A turns off the touchpad. SUPER handy when typing!!! I found that my palms touch the touchpad and crazy things happen. I was about to pack it up for a return until I finally read the instructions.

This is Mack Truck when I wanted a Ford 150! Way too heavy plus an entire row of keys didn‘t work. Hard to write emails with no 8, i, k, or comma! Beginning to think I need to buy a keyboard, iPad cover in person!

I purchased this keyboard in 2023 and it barely lasted a year before the keyboard and mouse both quit. For $40 dollars I wasn't willing to purchase the extended warranty, but I strongly recommend buying a protection plan or not buying this keyboard at all.

Works great! I even use the iPad more because of the ease of the keyboard and the functionality of a computer.
