It works!! The flavor is 10/10! My hair was falling out by the handfuls due to being postpartum and this has not only reduced the amount falling out, but I can see new growth within just two weeks of taking it.

So far, I’m very pleased with this product. I have lots of little baby hairs sprouting right now. The taste is phenomenal- the problem is not eating them like candy! I haven’t had any adverse reactions or tummy problems from these vitamins but I do make sure to have food on my stomach when I take them.

These seem to really help with hair and nails! Taste good and has a good texture.

Great price. Good tasting product did not work much for me even after following instructions and including in my diet and workouts. It did not give me much benefit but not that I wouldn't try their products again but just being honest.And to be 100% honest I don't think it's formulated for (African-Americans) OR maybe the potency Of the ingredients are just very weak. But overall I would recommend giving it a try and see for yourself especially if you are African-American. And to please give feedback.
