Used this as a guide for overnight parking in Walmarts. My first experience with them was last summer. This guide gives enough info to be able to see if the logistics are ok for a bigger motorhome and the phone numbers to call and verify with the Walmart store. No glamping, just a nice spot to get supplies and some rest before continuing travel. Please be appreciative, considerate and courteous when using the facilities. It's not a campground, just a secure place to spend the night. Thank you Walmart locator and Walmart!

This is a book I was waiting for. It's suprising how many Wal Marts DON"T let you camp in them.{good to know} When ever I camp at a Wal Mart,I always pick up trash in the parking lot,to kind of pay it forward a little.and let Wal Mart know theres a small benefit to them,letting me camp there.Also I try to buy something. I know everybody loves to hate on Wal Mart. But this is a nice benefit.especially when traveling long distances.

I'm a solo full-time RVer traveling around the US and the older version of Walmart Locater was invaluable even though I had to go on-line to WalmartLocation.com to find the Walmarts that didn't allow overnight parking. When I read the latest edition INCLUDED Walmarts that don't ALLOW parking I couldn't order fast enough. Having that reference makes it a lot more convenient especially when unable to get on-line due to being out of wifi range. EVERY traveling RVer needs this directory!!!

I suspect everyone bought this for the overnight RV parking information, as well a grocery shopping in far away places.It's not exciting reading, and is divided up by state and city rather than locations on a given interstate.So it takes a little planning to use it since you have to coordinate with a real map.Also, I wonder why they noted places who BAN overnight parking rather than places who allow it? I guess it allows stores to choose.

Great book for RV camping on the run. We drove 4000 miles cross-country and stayed at many Wal-Marts to save money on RV spaces. We just needed a place to rest.

Must have for any RV owner...This one includes info on whether boondocking is permitted at every Walmart in the US. BTW it is as a matter of WM policy, but is prohibited in some localities by local ordinance.

All I wanted this book for was the information about which ones you can dry camp at. We dry camp a lot and sometimes you just need a few things at the store too.
