Genuine FuFu flour
I Had never even heard of fufu before, but I like trying new foods, so I ordered this. From everything I've read, this flour is the genuine article, made from soaked cassava. The directions on the bag weren't very exact, so I found a recipe online, hoping to make some delicious dumplings to serve with soup. My first two tries were lumpy flops. On the third try, I mixed the flour and water in the pan before putting it on the stove and the results were much better. But instead of glorious dumplings I got a sticky ball. I intend to look for more recipes and experiment. Perhaps I'll try to use it in bread or for thickening. My failure to make perfect dumplings is , I'm sure, no fault of the product. I simply have much to learn. If you already know how to make fufu, you will love this flour. I haven't given up, though. I will figure out how to cook with this.

Not sure how to use it
I've heard of fufu before but I've never had it before because that style of food isn't found around here. I like trying new foods so figured I'd give it a try. The packaging says to mix "some amount" with water which is not very exact so I had to look up a recipe online. I mixed like instructed and it turned out I guess, but I'm not sure if it was correct or not since I've never had the food before.

fine cassava root flour
I dont come from an African household, so I cant speak on how well this product performs traditionally. From my own experience eating African cuisines, this flour makes excellent fufu. The instructions on the bag do not contain specific measurements, but as I've learned from my mom, everything is measuring by eye and in cups we take our espresso or teas in. It's hard to know the consistency you're looking for if you've not made it before, so you make have to do some googling. But the product is wonderful.

flour worked just great
Pretty good baking flour, but very fine, so you need to use a little less than what the recipe calls for (if you are substituting). The flavor is really mild so it is not overpowering. Really good as a thickening agent in stews.

its just just cassava flour
This Cassava flour has become a staple in my kitchen for my Brazilian cuisine. Its not just for fufu or african dishes, but in a lot of other south american cooking. Its a standout in traditional dishes like Farofa, this gluten-free flour adds a unique texture and flavor to the iconic side dish. Its ability to effortlessly blend into recipes ensures an authentic and delicious outcome. Beyond Farofa, cassava flour shines in Brazilian cheese bread (Pão de Queijo), contributing to its distinctive chewiness. Its neutral taste and versatility make cassava flour a must-have for those venturing into the rich and diverse world of Brazilian cooking, offering an essential ingredient for crafting genuine flavors in every dish.

Good quality Fufu flour
This is good quality, authentic Fufu flour. It's basically the same as cassava, but used differently.I followed the instructions on their bag to make fufu and it came out great. They are delicious doughy dumplings that go great in soups, stews, or on their own. They tasted quite healthy and were very filling.Overall - this seems like great quality fufu flour. It's authentic and is a big bag of it.
