Very well packaged. Sturdy. I used the two screws at the bottom to secure it to my night table.Gun and magazines fit comfortably and there is an internal light which allows you to see everything when it's dark.Fingerprint function is precise and amazing. The door opens quickly. Combination works well and it is easy to program. All in all, love this!

Fits every single need I had, easy as all git out to set up with regards to charging (USB-C), passcodes and biometric fingerprint scanner. The latch is solid as is the actual lockbox making it ideal to keep your cash, handgun, jewelry, etc... safe and sound from kids or intruders. Make sure you bolt it to something strong so the box cannot be five-finger discounted! Great product - now I see why it gets such great ratings on Amazon. Worth every penny for the confidence that things are locked up properly and securely.

Very functional. After testing the fingerprint scanner, it works very well and is easy to quickly open if you have the key, the code, or the right finger. It feels sturdy and looks great. It fits perfectly and is very easy to hide in my desk drawer.

I wasn't sure if I should give it 4 or 5 stars. I'll explain later.It was easy to program the keypad and biometrics. Just remember the keyboard pin must be six digits. I found this on the manufacturer's website. It's better than the instruction manual for those kind of details. Having read some of the negative reviews, I wonder if they followed instructions for the biometrics.My full-sized firearm (P320 XTEN) and four 15 round magazines fit without an issue, although it gets a little tight in there with all of the above. You could squeeze a wad of cash in it if you're on the run (see ad pictures).The Amazon delivery box reads, "9.2 lbs." It was delivered to an Amazon locker. This is a consideration for those living in big city apartments without a door guy.The inside illuminates when open. It seems sturdy and protective. It can be opened with the pin, fingerprint or the set of two keys. A review mentioned the fingerprint reader could open the safe with anyone's fingers or toes. Once it was programmed for biometrics, none of which happened (yep, tried my toe).I had to install the rechargeable battery. They provide a little screwdriver for that. It has a micro port (not USB-C) and a cable to connect it to a USB-A outlet. I have a USB-A wall port in my home so it was not a problem.For my state, it covers all the legal requirements for having a weapon in the house and car. It's the portability which raises questions.Portability was a consideration before purchasing this safe. This means, at least to me, if it's portable it can be stolen. So, I wondered what it would take for a thief to break the safe open. I watched an amusing YouTube video of someone trying to break a similar safe (same brand and close to same size but with more bells and whistles). He frantically attacked the safe with numerous household tools. Once he was finished with those, which had already damaged the safe, he used something close to a mini-crowbar. It took about 5 minutes but he opened the safe.I doubt thieves will steal from my home/car as I have significant security. Still, my question is, "Can a portable gun safe be uncrackable?" Maybe there are more expensive portable gun safes out there that can withstand a mini-crowbar after beating it with every other tool available? If a reader has a suggestion for such a safe, I'm happy to read it. Otherwise, this is a product I'd buy again for semiautomatic pistols.

Six months in, and not one issue. I have purchased two of these safes and they both have served their purpose. They both get daily use as I remove and store by Every Day Carry. It has all 10 of my fingerprints registered and opens instantly. It is very sturdy and hefty and the setup process is easy. I have tested to see if it will recognize unregistered fingerprints and it passed every time. I waited until the 6 month mark to charge one of the batteries just to see how long they last. I'm sure that battery could have kept going before it really needed to be charge. This safe was worth it.

It came practically ready to go out of the box! It was simple set up, the directions where to the point.It's quite sturdy and it's in my nightstand nicely, apon unlocking the lid flys upwards without prompting and leave the contents able to be grabbed for emergencies.There is enough room inside for a full sized pistol and two magazines along with the item itself being small enough to hide away easily

Love it. Works very wells. Very sturdy and the foam inside is perfect I currently have one pistol in mine which fits fine as I can put another one in. It’s a perfect size for one or even if you wanted to do two. Battery last a good while haven’t charged it and think I’ve had it for 2 months now. Has 3 ways to open it which I like. I think this keeps my carry very safe and I don’t have to worry about anyone taking it. Also it has mounting points to where you can mount it to the dresser or whatever you want
