Grew quickly
The seeds worked well, and started to grow quickly. I think that you get a pretty decent amount, but not a ton of seeds. I didn't find any that were visibly damaged or anything. They are packaged well with a date on them. The packaging also has detailed instructions which are easy to understand and seem to work well.
