I have a vacation home that is 5 hours away. I want to let my friends and family use and yet want it secure and so I purchased this key box to install on the outside of the house. Now I can give service people and friends the code to open the box get the key open the house and return the key after use. The house is secure and I don't have to have lots of keys around and don't have to travel 10 hours to open the house. Great product, easy to install and very secure.

This product is quite simply elegant. very easy to install and so far so good. We haven't had it through a winter yet but I love that the window closes that you can choose and change the code on it as often as you like. It is also pretty roomy on the inside, enough for several keys. The only question I have is- why is there a hole in the back of the product? There are holes for the screws and one large open hole in the middle of the product- perhaps to maintain humidity levels? Unsure. I really like that you must enter the chosen code in the exact pattern as specified, some of the other products let the box open if you have the correct numbers in any sequence. That seems quite silly in my opinion. Nice price! Thank you

I bought this product last November for an Airbnb. I was very happy with the lock box for the first half year as it worked very well throughout an especially cold Minnesotan winter. Then around July, I had a guest completely not able to unlock the box, despite using the correct code, and I had to have a friend meet her at the property since I was out of town. I was eventually able to get the box to open and remove it after tinkering for about 10 minutes by trying combinations that had the keys a millimeter above or below the reference line.So I switch it to a different brand, but it is not as intuitive as this ORIA lock box. I am going to reach out and see if they will send a replacement (with proof that it broke within a year of purchase). Based on their solid reviews, I'm guessing/hoping that I just received a lemon. I'll adjust my review with the outcome.UPDATE: the vendor sent me a new lockbox and it has been working for the past year. I’m very impressed with the customer service and the new product!

Looks to be built like a tank, wall mounted with ease securely. Mechanism works well.

I liked this product

At a time when we all have way too much on our minds, this little lock box provides a way of making sure that we ourselves, and the kids don't get locked out of the house. I put one on my elderly Dad's house so that different aides can get in but also so that his Life Alert company could give the code to emergency personnel. I used to rely on the Garage Door Opener Keypad but a power failure led me to this. Well worth the added peace of mind and not hard to install. It's also easy to change the code, which for simplicity's sake, I keep the same as the garage door but change both periodically.

Really nice, I felt the instructions were very easy to follow and to set the combination to exactly the 4 digit code I wanted. The box is extremely heavy duty and heavy metal and even has a little cover over the numbers. I did see where people recommended that you put a little bit of oil on the numbers periodically to keep them working and also manipulate the combination. No matter what it is it requires a little bit of maintenance and that goes a long way for the price I definitely would buy another one.
