Works very functional
I buy this printer to replace my old printer which over $200 usd.so far this printer works very fine with my POS system ink turn out great,only concern is the sound alarm can be little bit louder but after all is great.

Horrible product
I bought this receipt printer for the grocery store where I work. It was a pain to set up the printer without too many instructions on what to do. When I finally set up, the print was disappointing. Printing speed is slow, easy to jam paper. A very bad shopping experience.
