Initially I had to have black hardware. Straight black! But i loved the design of this handle. Elegant, bit modern, could go farmhouse, plain but not. So I had to buy them. I full sent 120 of them for bathrooms and kitchen, and other storage areas. Received them and well I love them, the color is nice offset from black. From 10 feet away they look black, get close they look dark gray. Not matte, not glossy, so they don't show fingerprints. My kitchen is white cabinets with stainless appliances and the gray ties it all together quite well. Grabbing the handle or knob ergonomically could not be any better. Literally feels so good to grab you will find yourself opening cabinets for no reason. Well for the first week any way ha!No I do have one small issue. I did have to file the back of maybe 1 out of 10 due to metal shaving or coating build up to ensure they mounted flush to my cabinet face. But I'm cool with that. I'm picky and the sharp edge would probably just smash into the cabinets wood face as you tightened the screw. But picky people go the extra unnecessary mile.

These were very cute when ordered but before receiving them I got new cabinets now would look bad but I am ordering the matching handles

Normally when i replace drawer knobs i just reuse the screw from the knobs i am replacing. Well when i did that they were not screwing on far enough and i was disappionted because i like everything else about them. As i packed them up to send back something in my head said "try the screws they came with". When i did that they went on with all ease. I love the color because I have charcoal gray appliances and i wanted my knobs to be darker than stainless steel but lighter they matte black and this was it. Also i needed 29 knobs and that can get expensive so to get 30 at around $1.70 each is cheaper than the off the shelf stuff they have at the big box stores. From the pics i thought the shape on one end was flatter than the other side. Not true. They are the same on each side so it doesn't look funny. An overall great option if you are looking for a bigger than usual knob.

Handles feel good, solid. Look great. Can look almost black in lower light (lower cabinets) and the normal lighter color with light (Upper cabinets). Note that they come with breakaway screws in the 6 packs, but solid screws in the 30 packs. Break out the hack saw.

These feel great. My husband had to tap each one to clean out the coating from each screw set and then they worked perfectly.

I ordered these for our new construction. They are an excellent heavy weight, beautiful finish, and came with plenty of screws of two sizes to finish our job. The Pearl black color really goes well with our gray stained knotty alder cabinets; I was expecting a more black color but it looks great.

The short screws that came the knobs & handles were too short and would not thread.The long screws were too long .I had to re-use my existing screws .I noticed a very minute difference between US & Chinese threads .
