This product was easy to set up and use. It is also easy to clean. It makes great tasting pebbled ice for a person who is addicted! It makes a bit of noise while in use but is not too loud or obnoxious. Overall this is a great product and I am very pleased with it!

First holiday ever that we didn’t run out of ice ..and we had previous ice machines before this one ..it makes more ice than we need ..we all love it ..Update . Buyers beware.. when my ice machine quit working he would not honor the warranty… he claims he didn’t sell it no more but yet he was advertising them on his website. He offered me back 75% of my money… I did not want my money back because I got the ice machine on a black Friday and now it cost three times more than that amount.. the seller is no good

Worked great for about two months. Then it just stopped making ice. Machine turns on, acts like it’s working but no ice after hours. Opened the housing to check for any visible problems. Fan guard missing two screws, just never installed. The top ice guard has two 2” screws and then one is just a 1/4” screw and put in diagonally because it is too short to bite. This thing is junk, poorly made and of course, one day past the return date

We looked online for a long time for the best nugget ice maker in our budget. We had bad experiences with another online company and never received the correct machine. Ordered this one- it arrived a few days later- and we have not stopped using it since it arrivedEven my husband uses it!! The man who doesn’t even love ice in his drinks.Highly recommend!!!*The machine makes a louder humming noise as it’s making ice similar to how our air fryer sounds. Just to give you an idea of the level of sound it makes.

They only last a little bit longer than the warranty. This one was a replacement. And it too only lived longer than its warranty.We loved it when it was working well

I love the sleek style, efficiency, & ice nuggets. I really dislike the loud noise when the compressor runs. It is the loudest appliance in my kitchen(refrigerators & dishwasher).I would give it 5 stars if not for the loud noise. Wish they could make a quieter one.

Loved this ice maker but it just quit one day. I’m very disappointed in that the new price is $200 mor for a new machine and the warranty is also more. Would like a replacement ice maker for the same price

It was a champ for 14 months. But the top rotor pin broke off yesterday and there is no Oscevia contact information in the manual or elsewhere on the web. There is no mention in the manual on who to contact for repairs, warranty or replacement parts. Unless you buy a warranty through Amazon, you are on your own if it breaks. I loved it while it was working. However, it is very loud. If someone is talking to you 20 feet away, you can't hear what they are saying.
