It works!
We use this to kill the lawn grubs in our South Carolina yard. Moles and voles eat grubs so if you kill the grubs, the moles/voles go somewhere else to get their grubs. It is a constant battle in this state but with consistent use per directions, the grubs do get eliminated and the rodents find their meals else-where.

Great!
Amazing effects on termites in an old stump. The liquid really penetrates the crevices versus granules. So far, none have been visibly detected after treatment.

Seems good, I guess
Kinda hard to rate, when you don't have a problem already. Very low odor compared to others I've used. Mixed 4 gallon and went around the house for trenching termites. Mixed good, but I actually prefer a smell when spraying outdoors. I hope it works. Have a spray foam house and can't get a termite bond

Ineffective product
The nozzle/tube broke as soon as I started using the product for the first time. I had read that others had the same problem, but I decided to try the product anyway because I have an extra sprayer...BUT, my spare sprayer wouldn't work with this product - it fit the bottle perfectly, but the consistency of the liquid seems too thick to pump through the hose. I had to pour the contents into another bottle to use it. Very inconvenient, and no one wants to be doing that with chemicals. Anyway, it doesn't kill anything instantly. I had carpenter ants around a wooden porch and it took about 3 days for them to start disappearing. Did they die or just leave? I don't know. Also, note that it states "controls" carpenter bees, not kills them. Well, it doesn't do either. I had better luck using a mix of pure peppermint oil and dish soap.

Exterminator In A Container!
We have termites building tunnels out of the walls in the living room. The results of using this product gets the job done!! The first picture are all the dead flying termites that came out after we sprayed the nests and walls. Why pay $200 for exterminator, when $27 can also get the job done? It's been a week and there are no signs of rebuilding and there are still plenty of chemicals left for another month or two.
