My brand of Iron gummies was out of stock from another place. After doing my research I decided to try these. Excellent source of iron and vitamin c. After having my blood work results come back from the doctor. It appeared that just 1 gummie would be sufficient for me to take. They taste great and are just as good as any other expensive brand. Cringes at the taste
