It was the perfect size as a gift for my boss! She absolutely loved it and claimed it held the temperature for her coffee! It’s not too thick but also just enough to insulate properly. It was good quality, maybe don’t put it in the dishwasher to keep the letters looking new.

Im updating my review to include the seller is great, reached right out to me to correct the issue. There is nothing to correct, I would absolutely purchase from them again. Hopefully they will make right handed / lefthanded in the future so the writing is visible to others when you drink and are in meetings.Super cute, keeps beverages hot or cold. My one complaint is the writing is only on one side so if you’re not left handed then you’re the only one to see it
