Great product, great customer service! Purchased one of these bad boys for a christmas present. Worked great, was super fast, and my son loved it. Not sure what happened but after a few weeks the device stopped working. I simply reported the issue and printed off a return slip and a new hover board was sent to me. I actually received the new hover board prior to sending out the old one!The new hover board has been going strong for about 3 months now with no signs of issues. Great product, super cool.

Update: I have no clue how to get the app to work and when I go to support in the app or in the App Store it is all In Japanese. ......Received this two days earlier then expected. Opened it up and it’s exactly as described. I was worried that there was no lights on the wheels, but as soon as my child got on it they lite right up and were a lot prettier than expected. The speaker is actually really good too. My daughter loved it. I guess my only complaint is that I still haven’t received my email for the warranty.

The item came without a charger otherwise I would rate it with 5 stars. Is there some way to get the charger, there wasn’t one in the box. Fortunately I bought a pink one too so I was able to charge it with the charger that came with the pink hover board. The kids would like to be able to use the hover boards together which would work better if they could charge them at the same time.

This hoverboard didn't work right out of the box. After charging it as instructed, there was an initial problem. One motor showed being charged and ready while the other side had a red indicator light and the results was a failed ability to start. Customer Service was contacted and basically instructed us to just return it.....Duh. Their lack of help maybe more of the issue as another associate could have been more helpful. I have no advice as to whether you should buy this unit or not as many have had good results with theirs. I guess I was one of the few that got a POS. (Customer Service was not good as well). Amazon return was really easy and very quick through UPS.

This is a nice hoverboard. Easy for a kid to use with the self balancing feature. bluetooth is easy to use. Takes a while to charge, but battery seems to last a decent amount of time. Every once in a while it gets out of balance, beeps, and has red lights. Cycling the power seems to take care of the issue. Happens less as the kid gets better at riding it.

I had an issue with my GYROOR hoverboard battery and contacted customer service.They responded quickly and arranged free battery replacement.I like the customer support of their quality of service and products.

Opened it up and it wouldn't work. The first ride requires you to download a smartphone app and register an account. The system was struggling to send the registration email, perhaps because all the extra volume to their site because of Christmas. After waiting a day for the email, I attempted to get a confirmation email again, which worked this time. After installing the app, the permissions are way too excessive. Full storage access, Bluetooth access, GPS location and mobile data enabled.... For a hoverboard? When the thing wouldnt actually connect that was then end of my attempts. Buyer beware!

Fancy hoverboard for my son. He loves it and I think I love it too. I haven’t have any issues, learnt of usage is less than two weeks, so I am not giving them 5 stars yet.
