100W Subwoofer Mono Channel Digital Power Amplifier Audio Mini Amp Subwoofer, Black, GFJ445&GFJ518,

Bought this to accompany a stereo nobsound amp in my mancave. I built an 8" Ported subwoofer tuned to 35hz and this powers it very well indeed! I bought a 24v 5A power supply since it doesn't come with one and the 19v 3A laptop power supply I tried with it started running out of puff under heavy bass notes. It's full range so if you are powering a subwoofer with it you will need a low pass filter. I used an active LPF so I could tailor the range to marry up with the bookshelf speakers I have on the other amp. Decided to push it a bit last night watching black hawk down and without any exaggeration at all, it was making the stud walls vibrate and the doors shutter in their frames. That might be in part due to my rather excellently designed subwoofer, but it can't make anything happen without something to power it. I hope it lasts because it's actually really impressive when set up correctly. Recommended 👌

Brilliant little bit of kit for the price. Only reason for 4 stars was the audio jack’s ground was not soldered on. But it was a quick fix and performance is as expected. It’s a shame the input requires a 3.5mm “headphone” jack as opposed to the usual RCA connector, but converters are numerous and cheap.

If your after a high end sound and the adapter then avoid otherwise product looks good and is compact

Wanted to add some bass to my car without going overboard .. this works perfectly.I used this with an aux splitter running from my phone, plugged it into my cars aux port and to the amp with a 160watt rms sub.The sound quality is great! It provides deep bass and is very loud even when only powered by the 12v cigarette lighter socket.So far very impressed!!
