BeneboneDurable Fishbone Dog Chew Toy for Aggressive Chewers, Jack Salmon, Medium, Made in USA

Our dog - GSD/Pitbull/Malamute mutt mix is an aggressive chewer, but he doesn't usually like the hard toys (nylabone, kong, etc). He wants to sink his teeth into something. However, he can destroy most bones in a day or less, and will drop others (like yak chews) on the floor repeatedly until they shatter so he can eat them. I ordered this on a whim on Prime Day... and it's great. it's JUST hard enough to keep him from shattering it on the floor, but soft enough that he enjoys chewing it regularly. We've had it over a month, and he's chewed it significantly but it's still kicking. He still shows interest in it- which isn't usually the case for the hard chews if he can't break them. Highly recommend.

This is the second one I have bought in a month since my pup adores this chew. She is a very aggressive chewer, and she just goes to town. After a few days I get out a 120 grit nail board, or pull out my Dremel with an emery grinding barrel on it, and I grind off all of the ragged bits that are sharp. Then it is good to go for another few days. Having two of them allows me to provide her with newly ground one while one is waiting to be ground and smoothed. I have not seen her break off chips or chunks as some other brands do. I much prefer these over any Nylabone I have ever used, and I believe they may well be safer the the Nylabone types. She eats a salmon based food and she goes crazy over the flavor in this chew. She even throws it in the air, flips it over so the tail is in the air, and then slaps it with her paw so it goes airborne. A wonderful toy.

Our golden is so sweet and loving but always needs to be chewing on something. If he can’t find something he can chew, he will go for a shoe. We have several different benebone type chews and I was excited to add another to the collection! Our pup was absolutely thrilled to have a new chew and spent the rest of the evening gnawing away. I’ve already ordered another one. Can’t recommend enough!

My dog chews through everything. She loves this toy so much and it cleans her teeth at the same time. This will keep her entertained for a while. My parents Doberman has one too and he will chew on it hours. I buy her a new one monthly and they are cheaper on amazon than at local pet stores.
