honestly being someone who is very active i hike, run, and cycle I have a few backpacks and this has been the highest quality bag with every usefull feature you can think of that you will actually use. Highly recommend not just as a cycling bag but also for hiking and just daily use

I really like this backpack/pannier. It has many zipper pockets for straps, the mounting brackets, and helmet net, but it doesn't actually have many pockets for organization. It has a simple laptop sleeve which inserts into the main opening (the buttons which hold it in place aren't very strong so it just sits loose in there), one other thin pocket on the front, and that's it. I guess this works for storing large objects, but I use this for school and carry lots of little things which all pile up at the bottom and create an irregular shape. I'm not deducting a star because it's easy enough to find a separate organizer insert. I got a Grid-It and it fixed the problem.

I have ordered two pannier bags of Rhinowalk through Amazon for my self supported rides. However when I used the bags for the ride, during the ride on the second day itself one clip holder ( clipped with rack) came off from the bag and the next day the second clip holder also came off from the bag and the bag fell off from the bike. Making it impossible for me to use the bag. Due to this huge inconvenience was caused to me on my long ride. I had to suspend my ride before completing it. Request to kindly look into the matter of how a substandard stuff was shipped to me. Kindly replace it with a new bag. Picture of the bag is attached herewith.

this pannier bag could be great but it isn't. the hideaway shoulder strap idea is very cool. likewise the hideaway helmet carrier is nice depending on circumstance. but while they put all that thought into how to make pockets to hide away all their cool features, they didn't give us any pockets to actually store stuff. it's just a big pouch other than the removable insert that serves as a laptop carrier. and on THAT note, one of the snaps that holds that in tore out the first time i removed mine. it should really be a velcro connection anyway. another issue is that there's a cover over the piece that latches onto the rack and when it's open the flap is in the way over the rack. generally just not very well thought out but it IS a waterproof bag that will easily clip onto your rack.

One of the more innovative mounting systems out there for a 2 in 1 bag. Definitely has a lot of higher end features consistent with the more premium brands. I have several other Rhinowalk products (rear seat bag and top tube bag) and I'm super impressed with the performance and fit of all of them.

The media could not be loaded. I have two of these bags. They are the same one was given as a gift and I have been using now for 6 rides a total of 30miles. Holds my laptop two note books, change of clothes and shoes. I decided to get a second on to avoid having to wear my lunch box on my back and distribute to weight. Needless to say within 2 miles my brand new never used bag snappedAll it had was a change of clothes and flats nothing heavy in it. Took my rear light out luckily one snap was still on and i bulked the bag to my bike and it’s also a backpack no other damage came to the bike and I could keep riding. Issues came when my rear light kept pooping off. It was dark so I still needed it and made the best out of the situation. So now I need a new light and bag.
