First, it works. It is compact in size and comes with the adapters you will need. I liked the two US-type plugs for my computer and the four USB ports for our phones and battery banks. I just used it to my visit in southwestern Europe and it worked. The features are streamlined and it performs. For all of the reasons above I would buy it again.

I really like how I can plug USB straight into the device, though they're low power. If you want a fast charge, bring your own adapter you can plug into the power slots. I like the length of the cord, so if the hotel outlet is on the wall you don't have everything hanging there - you can place the adapter where you like. Removing one star for lacking a Swiss type J adapter, which left me scrambling in Switzerland.

I bought this product. Used it once, briefly on a short trip (probably plugged it in three times), and just tried to use it a second time on my current trip. I plug it in, a red light comes on, and it doesn't trun green. I trouble shooted this with their customer support. They were communicative, unfortunately they claim that Amazon does not allow them to refund or exchange my product since it was bought in 2019. Yes that is 5-6 years ago, but what is important here is that it was barely used. A very very basic product like this should work just fine after 5-6 years with barely any use.The company admitted that the product is broken but claims they cannot do anything about it due to Amazon's policy. Not sure if this is correct, however, regardless, the company could surely rectify the issue outside Amazon policy. They can simply ship me a replacement product.**This company's product is not good. Look for a different brand and product.**

It worked well for my flat iron and curling iron. Very happy with this purchase. Also grateful that you can simultaneously charge iPhones on the side.

I purchased this item in March for a trip to Europe in April. On the first night of our trip, I wanted to use this Power Adapter/Converter to recharge the battery for my phone and it didn't work. I tried different outlets in the room and it wouldn't work. I contacted the hotel registration desk and he said he didn't know why it wouldn't work, so I just assumed that I had purchased a defective product. I was definitely disappointed because I purchased it because of the size and th many things that you could charge at one time. The next morning we were talking to other hotel guests and they said they didn't have any problems in their rooms. I mentioned this to the guy at the front desk and he said he'd check on it. When we returned that evening, it worked. So the problem wasn't the product, it was the hotel's problem. The adapter/converted worked very well for the remainder of our trip to Europe (Spain, Portugal, Morocco and Ireland) which was 5 1/2 weeks long. I would definitely recommend this for anyone who is traveling to Europe. It work very well for me and I used it every night for me except for the first night which was caused by a problem at the hotel.

This is the first converter/adapter that has not died or fried one of my electrical using appliances while traveling. Also the first I didn’t throw away during trip. The cord while taking up a little more space in my suitcase was actually a benefit because it seems outlets are never in a convenient place. I love the multiple plugs and multiple usb and usb c outlets. We were able to charge 2 phone and iPad and electric tooth brush at one time. No overheating. Great product!
