Works well and the water holder has legs so the chicks don’t play in it. The feeder is great for the chicks and if you’ve never had chickens be prepared that they’re very messy eaters and drinkers

I was new with baby chicks and these work ok but a hassle to fill up. I got too filling metal water and grain feeders. Much easier

I bought this set and a similar set from Tractor Supply at the same time (roughly a year ago) this set has last longer than TSCs entirely. I believe this set was also cheaper. Waterer was easy to clean even when I added electrolytes to their water, the adjustable legs were really nice and made it easy to transition the chicks as they got older. The water vessel always seemed like it shifted too much in the reservoir, but it never leaked so I guess the wiggle room was by design. Food distributor was sturdy and easy to fill also deep enough that even though there was a decent amount of "dust" from pecked food you didn't have to empty it every time and it never stuck to the bottom. A great product!

I really like the waterer. The legs help keep it elevated as chicks will get their bedding into the water if it's not raised.The water is also good as you flip it over after filling, it won't leak out if you flip it over .I like the plastic for food as mason jars have a lot of weight too them.Highly recommend

Perfect size for new chicks and I love that the water has a built in stand!
