Quad lock is second to none
Why did you pick this product vs others?:One of the best products out there for securing your phone and for charging it little bit expensive but I guess if you want the best you have to pay for it

Works like a charm
Charges my devices while holding them securely. I own three of these charging heads. I’ve had to tighten the center bolt with the hex key once or twice after installation but other than that I have zero complaints.

Disappointing Quadlock customer service.
Disappointing. I expected to receive the second generation mag charging head that doesn’t require a twist to fit which I already have from an Australian purchase. I reached out to Quadlock thru the link provided and they made it convoluted and difficult saying they couldn’t find my transaction. They got what they wanted. I gave up.
