I bought this mainly for cleaning my wedding ring and diamond necklace. Also, I wanted to be able to clean some sterling silver jewelry.I ordered some ultrasonic cleaning solution.I took the unit out of the box and tried it. The instructions were very straightforward and clear. The machine feels solid. It started up with the push of a button.It wasn’t too noisy at all. The front display showed the countdown of 3 minutes. When it was done, it shut off automatically.My items were brilliant! I polished them with a clean, soft cotton cloth.I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. For the reasonable low price, the small foot print, and the efficiency in polishing, I’m very satisfied.I highly recommend this. 👍🏼

Works great! I’m happy with it. Bought it for my wife but I use it too. I didn’t know you could clean your eyeglasses in this until I read the instructions. Works amazing on glasses. Buy a quality cleaner you don’t use much and it works great

Amazed that this worked better than expected. Have used it on jewelery, glasses and razor. Watch holder worked but slid down so fortunately had a screw down crown. Better to take band off. Glasses come out much cleaner than with spray and microfiber cloth. Very satisfied.

I wanted to like this because it is US affiliated. It's big. It is quiet. The plastic interior seemed easily scratched. It did a fair job at cleaning. It is not a good value for the money. It was easy to return.
