Perfect customer service
I'm a returning customer because their wine glasses are just gorgeous and really well-made. This time, one of the glasses had a tiny defect, but their customer service was super helpful and sent me a perfect replacement right away (Although it was during the Thanksgiving time!!!). Nice glass, but feel fragile. It's like walking on egg shells washing one..or even setting it down after a sip.

These wine glasses are thin and of high quality for the price per stem. The nose for complicated wines is not as good as a Reidel, but the glasses are still functional. Furthermore, after one of my glasses broke after the first wash, the company promptly sent me a replacement. I recommend the product, based on my experience, as it offers good value for excellent customer service.

Beautiful and Elegant Wine Glasses.Be careful they are very thin and crack easily.Hand wash only!Don’t press to hard when washing.I use a clean paper towel with dish soap and warm water and gently rub the glass.I cracked one but I bought more because I love these wine glasses.

Save your money
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Terrible quality, broke after HAND WASHING after a few uses. I should have sent them back immediately. Thin and extremely fragile. Save your money and invest in something of higher quality.
